The quality of the door and opener is excellent. Installation was done well, however, inside button didn't work, so had to wait two weeks for new button and keypad to be installed. Broken Promises
I received a broken down quote of what I would receive for how much, I called placed my order with a 50% deposit over the phone and then was called a few days later and was told the price I was told… Read more I received a broken down quote of what I would receive for how much, I called placed my order with a 50% deposit over the phone and then was called a few days later and was told the price I was told was incorrect and it was in fact $275 more than quoted in writing, black and white.

Ms. Bucholtz: Thank you for the feedback regarding your recent experience with Upper Level Doors Inc. I apologize if our customer service did not meet your expectations, and appreciate you taking time to share your concerns. On November 11th, you provided a deposit over the phone to proceed with an order. Immediately after that conversation we received an email from you requesting a price on a different model. As we had had several conversations regarding different product lines, we advised a deposit would not be processed until a final decision was made. When re-pricing the new quotation, as per your specifications, we discovered a clerical error in the calculation of your original quotation. We phoned you immediately to discuss and find a resolution. The decision was made to cancel the order and we did so.
