We went to Upper Level Doors in Kingston looking for Canadian made by Garaga. Tianna in the showroom was very knowledgeable explaining our options. We also found their website very useful to fine tune the shape and placement of the windows. Roger arrived on time and did a superb job removing the old doors/hardware and installing our new 8’ and 16’ doors as well as new weather stripping on two other doors. Looks great!

As my springs broke on my garage door, I called for a service call in the morning, received a confirmation that a technician would be there in the pm. Yes he was there a bit early, we chatted thru my doorbell camera and it was done by the time my wife got home about 25 mins later. Thank you.

After much consternation and investigation I discovered that there was no.foam… Read more My garage doors were freezing shut in the winter. The doors were a different make than what Upper Level doors supply. After much consternation and investigation I discovered that there was no.foam strip between the panels which allowed moisture to condense on inside of doors, run down to bottom and freeze. Upper level replaced both doors. Workmen were very friendly and worked efficiently and effectively. No more frozen doors. I highly recommend Upper Level doors Very competitive price.
