The door wouldn't close properly and it was very loud. A quick call to Upper Level Doors was all it took, the technician showed right on time, he replaced the damaged wheels on our track, tightened the chain, oiled it and conducted some other maintenance activities. The effort required about 45 minutes and was worth every cent! I would give more than 5 stars if possible, a truly outstanding organization!

Our installers did an exceptional job removing the old door and preplacing it with the new one. They disposed the old door and left the job site clean. The new door look's fabulous! Well done !
